Speaker timer

The stage timer that runs your timing lights.

A timing-light console on your computer. It drives the console and lights already in the room, puts the time on an audience display and every phone, and with Worldwide your team runs it from anywhere.

How it works

  1. 1

Install it on the show computer

One small Windows app. It runs the clock, and it keeps running when the internet doesn't.

  2. 2

    Connect the console, or don't

Plug in the timing-light console with a USB adapter and the lights follow the app. No hardware? The app is the timer on its own.

  3. 3

    Share the link

Phones in the room scan a QR code. With Worldwide, anyone anywhere gets a link to the same clock.

Built for the booth

The whole console, on screen

Start and stop, three programs and a Session, time up and down, sum-up, Clear and Reset, Blink and Beep. From the mouse or the keyboard, saved in show files.

Runs the lights you already have

The console and the signal lights follow the app, and the console's own keys drive it. Or let the console lead and the app mirrors it.

An audience display

Pop out a full-screen timer for the confidence monitor or the projector. Green, yellow, red, and blinking past zero.

Every phone in the room

The console face on a phone, over the venue Wi-Fi. Scan a QR code; there is nothing to install.

Worldwide

A producer in another country runs the same clock through our relay. No port forwarding, no fight with the venue's firewall.

Every screen on the same second

The app tells every display when the second turns, the way it tells the console. The pop-out, the phones and the lights change together.

Who it's for

AV techs

Run the speaker timer from the booth, the keyboard, or the phone in your pocket.

Conferences

One clock for the stage, the confidence monitor, the green room and the producer.

Remote teams

The show caller is in another city. The lights in the room still change on their call.

Venues

Give the timing-light consoles you already own a modern front end.

Pricing

The beta is free and runs through November 30, 2026.

Questions

Do I need the hardware?+

No. Without a console the app is the timer: the screen, the audience display and the phones all run from it. With a console, the lights and the console follow along.

What does the console connect with?+

A USB to RS-485 adapter and a patch cable, about $30 in parts.

Does it need the internet?+

No. Everything in the room works on the local network, and the clock keeps running if the internet drops. Only Worldwide uses the internet.

Is there a Mac version?+

Windows first. macOS is on the way.

What happens when the beta ends?+

Beta builds stop working after November 30, 2026. Install the released version then.
